How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure the highest quality, we recommend placing your order at least 48 to 72 hours in advance. For custom wedding or event cakes, please contact us at least two weeks before your scheduled date.
Do you offer local delivery or store pickup?
We offer both! You can select 'Local Delivery' at checkout for a flat-rate fee within a 15-mile radius, or choose 'In-Store Pickup' to collect your treats directly from our boutique bakery.
Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?
Yes, we believe everyone should enjoy dessert. We offer a selection of vegan and gluten-free cakes. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
How should I store my Riso cake after delivery?
Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. However, if you are not consuming it immediately, please keep it refrigerated. Take the cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving for the best texture and flavor.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
Since our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Can I request a custom design for my dessert?
Absolutely. We love bringing your visions to life. You can upload reference images and provide specific color palettes through our 'Custom Order' form, and our lead decorator will get in touch.
