Return Process

Contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our pastry chefs will review the documentation to determine if the issue occurred during transit or preparation.
- 3.Resolution Selection
Once approved, you may choose between a fresh replacement delivery at the next available slot or a full store credit.
- 4.Refund Processing
If a monetary refund is authorized, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
